This is Here Lie Monsters MUCK, a predominately anthro-
pomorphic social MUCK residing at muck.hereliemonsters.
org port 9999. If you are using BeipMU, Trebuchet, or
some other client that supports SSL, or would like to
proxy your connection through stunnel (see stunnel.org),
you can use an SSL encrypted connection by using port
7777 instead. We also have a web site at http://www.
hereliemonsters.org/ with many features both interesting
and boring. Often at the same time.
This is the splash screen, where you log in. It changes.
If you type "connect" followed by your name and pass-
word, you will be connected to your character. If you
type "connect guest guest", you will be logged into one
of our many fine guest characters. If you type
"createplayer" followed by an unused character name and
a password, that character will be created and you will
be connected to him (or her or it).
If you type "QUIT" in all capital letters, you will be
disconnected. This will make us sad.
